Join us for an initimate evening where travel photographer Christopher Roche is joined by Amelia Stewart, adventure travel specialist, and Nick Smith, travel writer and photographer, to take a closer look at getting off the beaten path in an age marked by increasing golbalisation and mass tourism.
The themes that we will touch on include:
- How to explore the world
- Travelling with purpose
- Politics of tourism
We invite our guests to join the conversation with a Q&A to be held after the discussion. Christopher Roche, whose photographs are currently exhibiting at Book and Kitchen, Devotion, will give a brief introduction of his work before auctioning off a couple of the pictures for the charity Give A Future. There will also be a 10% discount on the photographs during the evening.
Food and drink will be available throughout the evening.
